1 Brief

LUNR is a smart lighting control app designed to enhance users’ daily routines through ambient, sunset-inspired lighting. The app connects seamlessly to a LUNR’s sunset lamp, allowing users to customize lighting experiences that support relaxation, productivity, and healthy sleep cycles.

2 Goal

The goal of the onboarding flow is to provide users with a personalized, efficient, and secure introduction to interacting with the app.

Creating an account enables users to securely save their sleep data while providing access to in-app purchasing and online shopping features.

“I think I could use the app but, it’s not that exciting. I feel like the app doesn’t really match the lamp’s aesthetic… or at least what I would imagine the app to look like. It doesn’t really look high-tech if that makes sense. Maybe having an in-app store would be nice! So that if I wanted to buy something from that company, I don’t need to go on the browser and buy it from there… cut out a step for convenience. ”

“(Old design) is a little too simple. I feel like it’s so simple that it’s a little confusing to use. I don’t really like the color scheme too. It’s a little loud. I would like it if I could customize each alarms with each devices so it’s not confusing.”
